Getting Started & Devices
Do I need to install anything from an app store?
No app store download is required. CallCanvas is built as a fast, responsive web application that runs directly in modern mobile Safari (iPhone/iPad), Chrome (Android), and all desktop browsers. You can add it to your mobile home screen to launch it full-screen just like a native app.
Does it work without a mobile signal on the sideline?
Yes. Playbooks you have already opened stay cached and viewable even when cellular reception drops at the field. Making edits or creating new plays requires an active internet connection so that changes sync reliably to the team server and are never accidentally overwritten.
How do wristband sizes work for printing?
CallCanvas provides exact physical presets (from 3″ to 5″ width, or custom millimetres), 1 to 15 plays per insert, cut guides, zoom scaling, and a 100% actual-size print mode to ensure your inserts fit directly into physical wristband windows.
Team & Roster Management
How do I add coaches and players to my team?
A team owner or administrator generates a private invitation link from the team settings. Each link is single-use, expires automatically, and can be revoked at any time. Invited members must be adults (18+).
Someone left the club. How do I remove them?
Remove them from the roster in your team management dashboard. Server access stops immediately, and any playbook copy cached on their device is cleared the next time that device connects.
Can youth players have accounts?
Accounts are for adults (18+) only. Coaches can list player aliases, jersey numbers, and positions on a team roster for diagram labelling, but minors do not register, sign in, or have email accounts stored. A parent or guardian can accept a private invite linked to their child's roster entry. The adult receives a view-only account to follow the team's playbooks; the child does not sign in.

How does team pricing work?
One subscription covers your entire team with no per-player seat charges. You can invite coaches with full editing capabilities and players with view-only permissions.
My payment failed. Did I lose my playbooks?
No. Nothing is deleted. Editing pauses and your team maintains read access for a grace period. Everything becomes fully editable again once your subscription resumes.
Security & Data
How is my team's playbook data protected?
Your playbooks are private to your team and stored securely in the European Union (West EU). Access rules are strictly enforced at the database level so members of other teams cannot view or modify your plays. We never sell your data or display advertisements.
